Evergreen Resilience
Humans exhibit bold strength when, like evergreen trees, we are deeply rooted and adaptable through every season. Resilience isn’t about avoiding challenges; it’s about having the tools and mindset to navigate them with clarity and courage. This name represents the work of building lasting confidence, nurturing relationships, and developing the skills to weather life’s ups and downs while continuing to grow.
Meet Audrey
Confidence isn’t about pretending or performing. It comes from knowing who you are, building your skills, and finding your people.
I grew up as the only girl in a neighborhood full of boys—and as a religious minority in my community. I played sports, got teased, and held my own. I didn’t build confidence by trying to fit in. I built it by understanding who I was, pursuing what interested me, and inviting others to join.
When I started my career, I built a different kind of world. I co-founded a nonprofit created primarily by women, for women, helping them reclaim their past and present and design the future they wanted. I worked with individuals, teams, and executives to clarify their values, set goals, and make meaningful change.
For more than 20 years, I’ve studied psychology, sociology, relationships, habit change, and leadership—not just in books, but in life. I’ve tested what works, applied it personally and professionally, and helped others make small shifts that lead to fresh starts, stronger connections, and lasting success.
I now coach men seeking meaningful connection, women cultivating fulfilling relationships, individuals wanting to lead with security, parents striving to model healthy love, partners desiring deeper intimacy, and leaders aiming to build stronger teams.
My vision is a world where people communicate with clarity and kindness, value themselves and others, and navigate challenges and differences with deep roots and bold strength.
